Gord's Running Store Ltd. Store Policy

Cash refunds and credit card credits will be given within 14 days of purchase when item is accompanied by a cash register receipt. Cash refunds over $50.00 will be made by mail (cheque).

Items that are returned after the 14 day period or gifts returned with out a cash register receipt, may be exchanged for a store credit that is valid up to 90 days.

All items being returned must be in good condition, unused (shoes, maximum two uses) with packaging and labels. (This does not apply to items that are being returned because of a manufacturers defect.)

Sale and clearance item purchases are final; no refunds or exchanges.
